The Story

Our client came to us after a lower court order left her with significantly less parenting time than she'd had informally for years, based largely on outdated information about her work schedule.

The Result

We successfully appealed the order, presenting updated evidence of her current schedule and caregiving history. The appellate court restored a parenting schedule reflecting the family's actual day-to-day life.
